About Me

CS meets Psychology.

I'm a product manager with a computer science and psychology background from the University of Maryland–College Park, where I graduated with President's Scholarship honours and made the Dean's List consistently.

On campus I served as VP of Kappa Theta Pi (a co-ed professional technology fraternity), was a member of Psi Chi Psychology Honours Society, and contributed to the sponsorship team for Technica — the world's largest hackathon for underrepresented genders.

I love finding the intersection of systems thinking and human empathy — which is exactly why product management clicked for me.

  • Led conversion of 2B historical document images from Discover to Capital One, supporting enterprise-scale integration of acquired customer data.
  • Drove pre-Legal Day 1 discovery across platform, business, and engineering teams at Discover and Capital One, shaping strategy for 35M customer accounts.
  • Owned cross-line-of-business roadmap for Image Conversion across Card and Bank, prioritising 15 enterprise conversion events.
  • Defined product requirements and delivered enhancements to Image Conversion Services, scaling the platform for significantly increased document volumes.
